MyFitLife is operated by IHPTechnology. By using MyFitLife, you agree to these terms, the applicable app-store terms, and the MyFitLife Privacy Statement.
Apple Standard EULA
For MyFitLife distributed through Apple platforms, the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA) apply. These MyFitLife terms supplement that EULA for app-specific product, safety, account, and subscription information.
Subscriptions
MyFitLife Premium subscriptions are auto-renewable subscriptions managed through the App Store or Google Play. The purchase screen shows the plan title, subscription length, price, and restore controls before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the store account used to purchase Premium.
Account and Data
You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and for reviewing nutrition entries before relying on them. You can delete your account in the MyFitLife app from More, Settings, Privacy & Safety, Delete Account. See the Account and Data Deletion page for more detail.
Health and Safety
MyFitLife is a food logging and general wellness tool. It is not medical advice, a medical device, or emergency support. Nutrition estimates, barcode data, meal-photo analysis, generated recipes, MyFit Score values, and AI coach responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. See the Health Disclaimer.
Privacy
The Privacy Statement explains what information MyFitLife collects, how it is used, and how users can manage account and app data.
