MyFitLife support is available for account access, subscriptions, billing, data requests, app issues, and privacy questions.
Contact Support
Email IHPTechnology at support@ihptechnology.com. Include the email address used for your MyFitLife account, your device type, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive medical details.
Subscriptions and Billing
MyFitLife Premium subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. For subscription issues, include the platform you used, the approximate purchase date, and whether you need help with Premium access, restoring a purchase, cancellation, or renewal status.
Account and Data Requests
To delete your full account, use the in-app path: More, Settings, Privacy & Safety, Delete Account. To delete selected app data while keeping your account, visit the Account and Data Deletion page or email the support address from the account email when possible.
